The information in the video, “People Are Not Animals!” is based on misconceptions. It uses many kinds of fallacies such as antiquity, appeal from quantum physics, and argument from authority. The video says that evolutionists believe that humans are filthy animals. This is incorrect because evolution is a process of genetic change of a population over time; it isn’t about us evolving as an organism. Our bodies evolve from evolution by migration, genetic drift, natural selection, and artificial selection. Another misconception is when the video states that humans evolved from primates. This is a misconception because evolution does not talk about evolving from primates. The video also talks about Christian beliefs, which is an antiquity fallacy. The video argues that evolutionists are wrong but it is backing it up with the bible, saying that humans are made in the image of God. That is why science knowledge is so important; it helps us to differentiate between empirical evidence and beliefs. You need evidence in order to prove that your case is scientifically correct.
